“Les Mielles” in the Ferme de Carteret on the Cotentin peninsula is situated within the second of three hamlets (hameau) built amongst the sand dunes. A brief stroll will lead you up to the “Cap” where there is a lighthouse and pathways down to the sea or alternatively, you can take a short walk to the cliff tops. Here you can observe the stunning views from the lighthouse looking across the sea to the beautiful island of Jersey; several of our visitors have been lucky enough gaze upon the pods of dolphins that frequent this area of coast.
